Shipping Information

  • All orders will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Orders received prior to 1pm PST will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 1pm PST will be dispatched the following day unless the order is placed on a Friday when it will be processed and dispatched on the first working day following the weekend (excluding National Holiday’s).
  • To ensure you have the best shopping experience with us, we only offer Tracked delivery services and have partnered with experienced professionals FEDEX.
  • We offer FREE Standard Delivery for all orders with a cart total of $50 and over (go on, pop another lovely product in your shopping cart…you know you want to!)
  • Tracking Information will be emailed directly to you via FEDEX. If you miss a delivery it can be re-arranged directly with the relevant courier.

Returns and Refunds Information:

  • Our C.A.S.T.L.E Guarantee* allows you to buy in complete confidence. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason or receive a damaged set, we will offer you your choice of either a free replacement or a full refund, whichever is your preference**.
  • We aim to make the Returns & Refund process as hassle-free as possible. We don’t ask our customers to return the faulty or damaged goods to us, however you may be asked to provide us with photographs to help us improve quality and performance.
